Demare as directors of the Company, and the resignation of Scott
Emerson as President of the Company. The Board of Directors is
currently comprised of the following individuals: Gary Lewis, John
Levings, Ian Mitchell and Andrew Wilson.
The Company would like to thank Messrs. Emerson and Demare for their
efforts and contributions to the Company's affairs over the years, and
