(the "Company")(TSX:RI) is pleased to announce that it has retained Mining Associates (www.miningassociates.com) , an internationally recognized independent consulting firm, to prepare an updated NI 43-101 report on The Tanoyan Gold Project, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. This updated mineral resource estimation will include results from the recent Phase 1 program of diamond core drilling and geological mapping. The Phase 1 drilling program completed 5,041.8 meters of drilling in 44 holes. A total of 1753 drillcore samples were assayed by PT Intertek in their analytical facility in Jakarta, a part of their global network of state-of-the-art laboratories. VANCOUVER, Jan. 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Reliance Resources Limited (TSX: RI) (the company) is pleased to announce a summary of its recently completed Phase 1 drilling program on the Tanoyan Gold Project, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.

The Tanoyan Gold Project consists of five principal vein systems, Sondana, Ramai, Talong, Modupola and Lingkobungon, which are predominantly orientated northeast to southwest and dip steeply to the northwest or southeast. Drilling to date has primarily focused on the Sondana and Modupola veins.

The Phase 1 drilling program is now complete and includes a total of 5,041.8 meters over 44 drillholes Details of all drillholes are located in Table 1 ( http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/misc/Drillhole-meters.jpg) and location of drillholes is shown on Figure 1 (http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/misc/Tanoyan-Drill-Plan-location-Golden-Peaks-Phase.jpg)

This drill program was designed to increase the size and improve the classification of the existing 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.22 Mt at 1.3 g/t for 91,100 ounces of contained gold. The company is confident that this successful completion of the Phase 1 drilling program has resulted in a material increase in the size of the mineral resource at the Tanoyan Gold Project.

Preparations are currently underway for the Phase 2 drill program which will include 10,000 metres of diamond drilling and is designed to further explore the potential of the Tanoyan epithermal gold vein system and to form the basis of ongoing studies to ascertain the commercial viability of a large gold mine at Tanoyan.

Phase 1 systematic drilling has confirmed that gold mineralisation along the Sondana Vein occurs over a strike length of approximately 2.0 kilometres, extending from surface to a minimum of 100 metres vertical depth over much of its length. The vein is still open to the north and open down-dip over much of its length. The Sondana vein includes drill intercepts of auriferous zones of up to 40 metres true width.

From surface indications, the Sondana Vein system extends an additional 1.1 Km north from TND 079 (32.1m @ 2.1 g/t Au) giving an overall strike potential of at least 3.1 kilometres. Experience from drilling the Sondana North zone during the Phase 1 program has shown that deeper drilling intersected mineralisation of higher grade and greater widths than encountered in historical drillholes; also updated detailed mapping and surface sampling of the vein system, from Phase 1, has advanced the company's understanding of structural controls of the mineralisation.

The other vein systems at Tanoyan include, the Modupola-Talong and Lingkobungon Vein systems, (Inset B) http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/misc/Modulopa-and-Talong-drill-map.jpg); They have also provided significant intersections (TND076: 17.65m @ 3.8 g/t Au and TND056: 16.45m @ 2.0 g/t Au). In addition to following up extensions along strike and down-dip to known mineralisation at Sondana and additional drilling at the Talong-Modupola and Lingkobungon vein systems, Phase 2 drilling will also target the Ramai Vein located 700 metres west of Sondana (Figure 1).

This 1.7Km long Ramai Vein has only been tested by 6 historical drillholes, several of which intersected significant gold mineralisation such as TND037: 7m @ 5.3 g/t Au and 2m @ 5.2 g/t Au and TND018: 16m @ 0.6 g/t Au. The continuous nature of the Ramai Vein as seen on surface suggests it has similarities with the Sondana Vein.

Importantly, all projects have been converted to IUP tenements as required under the new Indonesian Mining Act (2009).

All samples were assayed by Intertek Indonesia; a division of the global Intertek Group PLC.

Core is collected and initially logged at Tanoyan Base Camp at the project area. The core is then securely transported in closed core boxes to Golden Peaks' Exploration Office in Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi. Here the core is logged in detail, cut longitudinally into 2 equal halves and half-core is sampled at 1 meter intervals; except where the geology dictates a lesser sampling interval. Half core is permanently retained, as a reference, in the secure Kotamobagu core-storage facility. All QC samples are introduced before the bagged samples are trucked to PT Intertek Laboratory's sample preparation facility in Manado. Prepared samples are then couriered by PT Intertek to their analytical facility in Jakarta for analyses.

Gold is fire assayed using a 50.0 gram aliquot sample with an AA finish. Multi-element analysis is by Four Acid Digestion using an Induced Coupled Plasma (ICP) finish.

The Company's QA/QC program now includes the regular insertion of blanks, multiple certified assay standards into the sample shipments. Locally-sourced blank samples are inserted in every assay batch of 10 samples. Commercial standards are inserted in every assay batch of 25 samples. Sludge samples are also collected and assayed on a 1 metre interval from the drilling fluid circulation return. Regular monitoring of these QC samples is a critical part of Golden Peak's QA/QC protocols.

The shareholders of the Company approved the name change at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting held on November 17, 2011. Subject to the Toronto Stock Exchange's (the "Exchange") acceptance, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the Exchange under the new name and ticker symbol "RI" at the opening of business on Thursday, January 12, 2012.

The name change aligns the Company and its operating subsidiaries in three continents under the Reliance Brand.

Holders of the Company's share and warrant certificates do not need to take any action as a result of the name change.

Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. Closes $543,813 Financing

VANCOUVER, Dec. 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (TSX: GL) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of 1,812,710 units (each a "Unit") at a purchase price of $0.30 per Unit to raise aggregate gross proceeds of $543,813. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company and one-half of one non-transferable common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.50 per share until 24 months after the date of closing of the Private Placement.

Proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for exploration and development on the Company's Indonesian properties and for working capital and general corporate purposes.

All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a four month hold period expiring April 29, 2012.

Sondana North Drilling Shown Better Gold Grades

Golden Peaks received the newest three holes results intersected the main Sondana vein, with best result at 14.95 meters @ 0.8g/t from 37.45 meters including 2.9 meters @ 1.6g/t Au from 41.70 meters.
Follow-up drilling in the Phase 2 program will test down dip projections of mineralization in the Sondana Gap area, as well as other prospective targets identified in Phase 1.

The company currently owns two drill rigs: Rig 1 is drilling the Sondana vein system and rig 2 has concentrated on the Modupola vein system. Drilling to date has primarily focused on the Sondana Modupola veins.

December 13, 2011, Golden Peaks Limited (TSX: GL) (the company) is pleased to announce drilling results from diamond drilling on the Tanoyan Gold Project, North Sulawesi, Indonesia

The Tanoyan Gold Project consists of five principal vein systems, Sondana, Ramai, Talong, Modupola and Lingkobungon, which are predominantly orientated northeast to southwest and dip steeply to the northwest or southeast. Drilling to date has primarily focused on the Sondana and Modupola veins.

The company's structural mapping indicated a that 350 metre southward projection of main Sondana Vein represented a "gap" yet to be effectively tested by drilling (Figure 1). Based on this, three holes -- TND083, 085 and 087 were drilled to test the target at shallow depths. All three holes intersected the main Sondana vein and assayed elevated gold (Table 1) and which included the following results from TNBD087:14.95 metres at 0.8 g/t Au from 37.45 metres including,
2.9 metres at 1.6 g/t Au from 41.70 metres
Experience from drilling on the Sondana North has shown that better grades and widths occur deeper in the vein system. Follow-up drilling in the Phase 2 program will test down dip projections of mineralisation in the Sondana Gap area, as well as other prospective targets identified in Phase 1.

The main Sondana Vein has now been drill tested by Golden Peaks with 25 drillholes, and has indicated good continuity of gold mineralisation along a 2.3km strike length from surface down to a depth of at least 100 meters and has been traced an additional 1,100 meters to the north giving a strike potential of at least 3.1 Km. The total strike potential of the vein systems at Tanoyan is at least 6 Km.

TND 079 intersected a wide zone of gold mineralisation:

32.1 metres at 2.1 g/t Au from 80.5 metres including,
5.1 metres at 4.6 g/t Au from 105.5 metres

The cross section in Figure 2 shows TND 079 was drilled beneath historical drillhole TND 010. The results show that the mineralisation is increasing in width and grade with depth, on this section. Strong drilling results coupled with the subdued surface expression of mineralisation observed in the field, suggests that this strengthening with depth is a general feature of the Sondana North Vein system. As previously announced, the first three drillholes : TND 073 (10.7 metres at 1.6 g/t Au), TND 075 (18.85 metres at 4.4 g/t Au), and TND 077 (72.0 metres at 1 g/t Au) intersected gold mineralisation over widths varying between 10 and 72 metres, down-hole. Drillhole TND 079 is 100 metres along strike from TND 077 and is thus, the northern-most result drilled by the company on the Sondana Vein.

Drillholes TND 073, TND 075, TND 077 and TND 079 have largely confirmed continuity of gold mineralisation along a previously under-explored 350 metre length of the Sondana Vein.

Drilling on the Sondana Vein has now confirmed gold mineralisation over a strike length of 2,000 metres. Drill intercepts range from near-surface to at least 100 metres vertical depth and the vein is open along-strike and down-dip over much of its length.
In addition, surface indications of the Sondana Vein system extends an additional 1,100 meters north from TND 079. This will be a prime target for Phase 2 drilling.

Follow-up drilling in the Phase 2 program will test dip and strike extensions of the Sondana North Gold Vein.

The company currently owns two drill rigs: Rig 1 is drilling the Sondana vein system and rig 2 has concentrated on the Modupola vein system which is located approximately 1 kilometre to the east of Sondana vein. Both veins are part of an extensive system of auriferous quartz veins, hosted by andesitic volcanics, which have been traced over a strike length of approximately 6 kilometres.

Currently, the company is active on four of its five Indonesian gold projects; drilling on the Tanoyan Gold Project, surface exploration programs on the Palopo Gold Project, the Kapa Kapa Gold Project and the Roko Gold Project. All the projects have easy access via paved and/or gravel roads and the regional infrastructure is good.

All samples were assayed by Intertek Indonesia; a division of the global Intertek Group PLC.

Core is collected and initially logged at Tanoyan Base Camp at the project area. The core is then securely transported in closed core boxes to Golden Peaks' Exploration Office in Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi. Here the core is logged in detail, cut longitudinally into 2 equal halves and half-core is sampled at 1 meter intervals; except where the geology dictates a lesser sampling interval. Half core is permanently retained, as a reference, in the secure Kotamobagu core-storage facility. The current drilling is part of the company's systematic evaluation of the project with an aim of increasing the size and improving the classification of the existing 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.22 Mt at 1.3 g/t Au for 91,100 ounces of contained gold.

The intersection in hole TND 077 is significant as it is the widest drill intersection yet obtained in the Tanoyan Project and is also the northern-most result the company has yet obtained from its drilling on the Sondana Vein. The assay results confirm and extend mineralisation outlined by recent drilling previously reported by Golden Peaks (TND073 - 10.7m @ 1.6 g/t Au and TND075 - 18.85m @ 4.4 g/t Au).

Gold mineralisation was intersected over a broad zone:

TND 077 - 72m at 1.0 g/t Au from 72m

Including 12.9m at 2.2 g/t Au from 116.1m

The highest-grade mineralisation, between 116.1m and 129m downhole, is hosted by a thick, vein-breccia zone which is interpreted to be steeply dipping. This orientation will be confirmed by additional drilling in the Phase 2 program. The planned follow-up holes shown in figure 2 will test the down-dip and up-dip extensions of this zone.

An intense style of quartz-carbonate-sulphide stockwork veining was intersected in the hanging wall zone of TND077. This hanging wall zone returned consistent gold values throughout.
Golden Peaks' President Scott Emerson commented: "Drilling at Tanoyan continues to provide consistently strong results. The high hit-rate is an indication of the persistent nature of the gold-bearing vein system. Mit neuen Bohrergebnissen konnte Golden Peaks am gestrigen Tag aufwarten. Aus dem Tanoyan Gold Projekt auf der indonesischen Insel Sulwasi wurde man fündig. Auf einer Teilstrecke mit über 17 Meter Länge konnte einb Goldgehalt von durchschnittlich 3,8 Gramm je Tonne nachgewiesen werden. In kleineren Teilbereichen waren es sogar acht Gramm je Tonne. Damit ist Tanoyan schon das zweite Projekt, aus dem in kürzester Zeit Bohrerfolge gemeldet werden konnten. Zur Erinnerung: Golden Peaks hat in Indonesien fünf Projekte: Kapa Kapa und Roko auf der Insel Halmahera, Tanoyan, Anggrek und Palopo auf der Insel Sulawesi. Die Projekte liegen im Umfeld bereits produzierender oder bekannter Goldvorkommen, was die Wahrscheinlichkeit weiterer Goldfunde erhöht. Indonesien bietet für Golden Peaks gute Arbeitsbedingungen. Relativ niedrige Löhne und die Unterstützung der Lokalregierungen und der Bevölkerung machen das Arbeiten einfacher als etwa in Australien. Zudem ist Indonesien quasi Nachbar von China, dem größten Goldnachfrager weltweit.

Leider ist Golden Peaks in den letzten Monaten etwas aus dem Fokus der Anleger geraten. Zum Teil, das muss an dieser Stelle kritisch gesagt werden, auch aufgrund firmeninterner Ereignisse. So wurde die Aktie einige Zeit vom Handel ausgesetzt, weil ein Geschäftsbericht nicht rechtzeitig eingereicht werden konnte. Nach der Übernahme der Goldprojekte in Indonesien durch Golden Peaks mussten umfangreiche Angleichungen im Rechnungswesen gemacht werden, das führte zu Komplikationen. Buchhaltung ist halt keine leichte Sache. Die Verzögerung ist nicht zu entschuldigen, hat aber im Grunde genommen nichts mit den Projekten von Golden Peaks zu tun. Hier läuft alles planmäßig. Insofern hoffen wir, dass das Unternehmen in den kommenden Monaten mit guten Ergebnissen für neues Vertrauen an der Börse sorgen kann. Für Investoren, so denken wir, ist das aktuelle Kursniveau mehr als interessant.

Trotz zwischenzeitlicher Handelsaussetzung im Oktober scheint der Bereich um 0,30 CAD eine gute Unterstützung zu sein. Fällt die Aktie darunter, kommt es immer wieder zu Käufen. Ein Widerstand liegt erst bei 0,50 CAD, also rund 70 Prozent über dem aktuellen Kurs. Mit einer Marktkapitalisirung von etwas mehr als 35 Millionen CAD ist das Unternehmen zudem niedrig bewertet. Vergleichbare Unternehmen kommen sicherlich auf ein Mehrfaches. Ebenfalls wichtig: Golden Peaks wird in Kanada an der TSX gehandelt, nicht am Venture-Segment TSXV. Also könnten auch Fonds einsteigen, die an der Venture-Börse nicht handeln dürfen.

The Modupola vein is located approximately 1 kilometre east of the Sondana vein and runs sub-parallel to it . Gold mineralisation was intersected in all 7 holes and includes the following strong intersections of gold-bearing veins at relatively shallow depth:

TND 076: 17.65 metres at 3.8 g/t Au from 69.85 metres

including 6.4 meters at 7.8 g/t Au from 81.1 metres

TND 064: 11.50 meters at 1.9 g/t Au from 79.25 metres

including 2.1 metres at 8.7 g/t Au from 79.25 metres

TND 074: 9.6 metres at 1.1 g/t Au from 78.2 metres

The TND 076 intersection is the widest and highest grade gold so far drilled within the Modupola vein system and the potential for further mineralisation is open at depth. Follow-up drilling is planned. November 1, 2011 - Golden Peaks Resources Limited (the Company) (TSX:GL) is pleased to update exploration activities on Halmahera Island, Indonesia.

The Company is currently conducting an initial field program at the Akelamo Silver and Gold Prospect within its Kapa Kapa property in North Halmahera Province.

Exploration has outlined a 1 kilometre zone containing hydrothermally altered rocks and precious metal mineralisation. Historical channel sampling within this zone (Fig1 http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/maps/2011-11-01_NRM.jpg) returned bonanza silver along with anomalous gold; including:

4m @ 1,800 g/t Ag (and 0.5 g/t Au)
4m @ 466 g/t Ag
5m @ 0.9 g/t Au

A historic rock float sample assayed 15,800 g/t Ag (460 ounces of silver per tonne) and 3.0 g/t Au. These values demonstrate the potential this prospect has for truly bonanza-grade silver mineralisation.

The Company has undertaken initial reconnaissance sampling and has confirmed the presence of additional high silver values and are pleased to announce that six grab samples contain values of >10 g/t Ag including three with >250 g/t Ag

A base camp is currently being prepared at the Akelamo prospect to support a program of systematic exploration comprising surveying, mapping, soil sampling and channel sampling. This program is designed to further define the extent, style and intensity of the Akelamo hydrothermal mineralisation in preparation for drilling. This prospect is underexplored and has never been tested by drilling

Halmahera is host to Newcrest Mining Limited's Gosowong Mine, one of the highest-grade underground gold mines currently operating anywhere in the world (28 g/t gold average). Golden Peaks Resources has the second largest landholding for gold exploration on Halmahera after Newcrest Mining.

Currently, the company is active on four of its five Indonesian gold projects; drilling on the Tanoyan Gold Project, surface exploration programs on the Palopo Gold Project, the Kapa Kapa Gold Project and the Roko Gold Project. Fazit:

Der Golden Peaks Aktie droht unterhalb des nunmehrigen Widerstandsbereichs von 0,46 USD eine Korrekturfortsetzung bis zunächst 0,30 USD. Durchbricht die Aktie auch noch diesen Unterstützungsbereich, drohen nochmals 50 Prozent an Rückschlagspotenzial bis zum Allzeittief von 0,15 USD. Einzig eine Stabilisierung oberhalb von 0,30 USD, mitsamt anschließender Rückkehr über das Niveau von 0,46 USD, könnte der Aktie die notwendige Kraft verleihen wieder ein Erfolgsfaktor in einem Depo zu werden.

Oberhalb von 0,46 USD würde sich nämlich weiteres Aufwärtspotenzial bis 0,65 und darüber hinaus bis in den Bereich von 0,80 USD ergeben. Doch nach aktueller Einschätzung erscheinen Kursniveaus um 0,80 USD eher unwahrscheinlich.

Long Szenario:

Die Chartsituation ist äußerst angespannt und lässt wenig Aussicht auf anziehende Kurse zu. Dennoch wäre eine Stabilisierung über 0,30 USD ein Hoffnungsschimmer mit der Tendenz das nunmehrige Widerstandsniveau von 0,46 USD überwinden zu können. Darüber würde sich weiteres Potenzial bis 0,65 bzw. 0,80 USD erschließen.

Short Szenario:

Die Bären bleiben unverändert im Vorteil und scheinen das Niveau von 0,30 USD fest im Visier zu haben. Ein Unterschreiten dieses Unterstützungslevels sollte in der Konsequenz zu weiteren Abgaben bis hin zum Allzeittief bei 0,15 USD führen. Die Aktie verliert sich demnach mehr und mehr im Penny-Stock-Universum. Weitere Rücksetzer natürlich nicht ausgeschlossen.

Investoren sind deshalb auf der Suche nach "Nachzüglern", also nach Goldminenaktien, die bisher quasi übersehen wurden, und deshalb die Aufwärtsbewegung nicht mitgemacht haben.

Warum? Lassen wir einzig und allein die Fakten sprechen:

Fakt Nummer 1: Top-Management
Golden Peaks wird von einem absoluten Top-Management geleitet, das sein Können schon unter Beweis gestellt hat. Die selben Leute, die heute bei Golden Peaks das Sagen haben, haben von 2008 an auch schon die Gesellschaft Robust Resources aufgebaut. Robust ist wie Golden Peaks in Indonesien aktiv. Der Aktienkurs von Robust kletterte von Ende 2008 bis Anfang 2010 von 0,04 Euro auf 1,46 Euro. Ein Plus von gigantischen 3.550 Prozent!!!

Fakt Nummer 2: Reiche Goldvorkommen
Was ist das Wichtigste, was ein Goldminenunternehmen haben sollte? Richtig! Gold. Und das hat Golden Peaks. Kleine Kostprobe? Ein zentrales Projekt ist Tanoyan auf der indonesischen Insel Sulawesi. Von diesem Projekt werden aktuell laufend gute Bohrergebnisse gemeldet. Die letzten wurden zum Beispiel am 7. September veröffentlicht. Auf kurzen Teilstrecken eines Bohrlochs konnten Goldgehalte von 38,2 Gramm je Tonne Gestein nachgewiesen werden. Aber auch auf längeren Teilstrecken ist man erfolgreich, und das ist wichtig, denn nur so lohnt sich ein Abbau. So wurde auf einer Länge von über 18 Metern ein durchschnittlicher Goldgehalt von 4,4 Gramm je Tonne ermittelt. Der Verlauf der angebohrten Goldvene lässt zudem den Schluss zu, dass sich diese sowohl in die Tiefe wie auch in Richtung Norden über eine längere Strecke fortsetzt. Und Tanoyan ist nur ein Projekt von insgesamt fünf (alle liegen in Indonesien).

Fakt Nummer 3: Gute Voraussetzungen im Förderland
Indonesien, hier liegen alle zentralen Projekte von Golden Peaks, will die Goldförderung. Denn was bringt mir das tollste Goldvorkommen, wenn die Regierung, wenn die Menschen dagegen sind. In Indonesien erhofft man sich durch die Goldförderung neue Arbeitsplätze und Steuereinnahmen. Zudem liegen in Indonesien die durchschnittlichen Löhne für Arbeiter deutlich unter dem Niveau anderer Goldförderländern. Das ist für Golden Peaks ein Riesenvorteil, denn gerade die Gehälter für Minenarbeiter sind in den letzten Jahren rasant angestiegen.

Und noch etwas spricht für Indonesien. Das Land bildet quasi mit China im Norden und Indien im Westen ein "Goldenes Dreieck". Denn die weltweit größte Nachfrage nach Gold kommt aus China und Indien. Indonesien könnte mit seinen Goldvorkommen somit zum zentralen Goldförderland in Asien aufsteigen.

Golden Peaks Limited (TSX: GL) (the company) is pleased to announce drilling results from diamond drill hole TND075, which is the most recent from the Tondana Vein system, Tanoyan Gold Project, Sulawesi, Indonesia. This hole intersected gold-bearing quartz vein over a drilled width of 18.85 metres, approximately 70 metres below surface:

TND 075: 18.85 metres at 4.4 g/t Au from 96.2m, including 2.0 metres at 33.0 g/t Au from 98.25m

The TND 075 result is considered important for several reasons:

It confirms the strength of the Sondana vein system to the north.
It is the northern-most "effective and complete" test of the Sondana vein

Demonstrates the potential for relatively deep, high-grade mineralization.
The structural knowledge about Tanoyan is reaching a high level whereby it is possible for the company's geologists to target the auriferous quartz veins even where little of no surface indications are evident.

The company currently owns two drill rigs and they are being operated by PT Maiwadrill Resources Antarnusa. Rig 1 is drilling the Sondana Vein system, rig 2 has concentrated on the Modupola Vein system which is located approximately 1 Km to the east of Sondana Vein. Both veins systems are part of an extensive system of auriferous quartz veins, hosted by andesitic volcanics, which have been traced over a strike length of approximately 5,600 metres.

All samples were assayed by Intertek Indonesia; a division of the global Intertek Group PLC.

Core is collected and initially logged at Tanoyan Base Camp at the project area. The core is then securely transported in closed core boxes to Golden Peaks' Exploration Office in Kotamobagu, North Sulawesi. Here the core is logged in detail, cut longitudinally into 2 equal halves and half-core is sampled at 1 meter intervals; except where the geology dictates a lesser sampling interval. Half core is permanently retained, as a reference, in the secure Kotamobagu core-storage facility. All QC samples are introduced before the bagged samples are trucked to PT Intertek Laboratory's sample preparation facility in Manado. Prepared samples are then couriered by PT Intertek to their analytical facility in Jakarta for analyses.

Gold is fire assayed using a 50.0 gram aliquot sample with an AA finish. Multi-element analysis is by Four Acid Digestion using an Induced Coupled Plasma (ICP) finish.

The Company's QA/QC program now includes the regular insertion of blanks, multiple certified assay standards into the sample shipments. Locally-sourced blank samples are inserted in every assay batch of 10 samples. Commercial standards are inserted in every assay batch of 25 samples. Sludge samples are also collected and assayed on a 1 metre interval from the drilling fluid circulation return. Regular monitoring of these QC samples is a critical part of Golden Peak's QA/QC protocols.

These holes are part of the company's systematic evaluation of the project with an aim of increasing the size and improving the classification of the existing 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.22 Mt at 1.3 g/t for 91,100 ounces of contained gold.

Highlights of the drilling include a high-grade intersection at shallow depth in hole TND063:

TND 063: 7.3 metres at 7.2 g/t Au from 17.3m including 1.3 metres at 38.2 g/t Au from 22.3m

The intersection in hole TND 073 is significant as it is the northern-most result the company has yet obtained from its drilling on the Sondana Vein. Follow-up drilling in the Phase 2 program will test the down-dip extensions of this zone.

Historical drilling on the Modupola vein has been less extensivethan on the Sondana vein and only sparse outcrop occur in thevicinity of Modupola. For these reasons the strike and dip of theveins was not well defined, which prompted the company to initiallydrill a fence of holes (Fig 1) in order to strengthen thegeological understanding of the system. Figure 1(http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/maps/2011-08-31_NR1.jpg) shows thatone of the holes reported here (TND060) was most likely collared inthe footwall of the vein; which explains the lack of significantmineralisation in this hole. The poor surface expression of theveins in certain areas such as Modupola represents a significantadditional opportunity for the company to increase the 43-101Mineral Resource at Tanoyan by better positioning of the drillholes in the light of this recent information.

Table 1 lists the 6 holes completed so far at Modupola. Four holeshave cut mineralised structures from the vein system. Two holes didnot effectively test the vein; TND055 was abandoned before reachingtarget depth due to technical drilling problems and TND060 ininterpreted to have been collared in the footwall of the main vein.Highlights of the results include intersections from holes TND 056and TND 058:

TND 056: 16.5 metres at 2.0 g/t Au from 73.9m (Interpreted truethickness 14.1m), including

4.6 metres at 5.7 g/t Au from 73.9m (Interpreted true thickness3.9m),

TND 058: 3.0 metres at 3.2 g/t Au from 124.75m (Interpreted truethickness 2.6m)

Figure 1 reveals a thickening of the structure of the mineralisedvein at approximately 75 metres below surface. It is interpretedthat this thickening represent a dilatational feature commonlyfound in veins of this type, which, when traced along strike, oftentranslate into shoots of higher grade mineralisation. The principalfocus of Golden Peaks current drilling campaign is the discoveryand delineation of these thicker and higher-grade shoots.

The company currently owns two drill rigs and they are beingoperated by PT Maiwadrill Resources Antarnusa. All samples wereassayed by Intertek Indonesia; a division of the global IntertekGroup PLC.

Core is collected and initially logged at Tanoyan Base Camp at theproject area. The core is then securely transported in closed coreboxes to Golden Peaks' Exploration Office in Kotamobagu, NorthSulawesi. Here the core is logged in detail, cut longitudinallyinto 2 equal halves and half-core is sampled at 1 meter intervals;except where the geology dictates a lesser sampling interval. Halfcore is permanently retained, as a reference, in the secureKotamobagu core-storage facility. All QC samples are introducedbefore the bagged samples are trucked to PT Intertek Laboratory'ssample preparation facility in Manado. Prepared samples are thencouriered by PT Intertek to their analytical facility in Jakartafor analyses.

Gold is fire assayed using a 50.0 gram aliquot sample with an AAfinish. Multi-element analysis is by Four Acid Digestion using anInduced Coupled Plasma (ICP) finish.

The Company's QA/QC program now includes the regular insertion ofblanks, multiple certified assay standards into the sampleshipments. Locally-sourced blank samples are inserted in everyassay batch of 10 samples. Commercial standards are inserted inevery assay batch of 25 samples. Sludge samples are also collectedand assayed on a 1 metre interval from the drilling fluidcirculation return. Regular monitoring of these QC samples is acritical part of Golden Peak's QA/QC protocols.

VANCOUVER, July 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Golden Peaks Limited (TSX: GL) (the company) is pleased to announce that it has begun to receive assay results from its initial 5,000 metre drill program at its Tanoyan Gold Project, Sulawesi, Indonesia.
Results have been received for the first seven drill holes at Tanoyan, with six holes cutting mineralised structures from the Sondana Vein system. Highlight results include intersections from holes TND 049 and TND 050:
TND 049: 19.8 metres at 1.6 g/t Au from 10.9m (Interpreted true thickness 18.9m)
TND 050: 15.5 metres at 3.1 g/t Au from 55.6m (Interpreted true thickness 13.5m)
TND 050 is particularly significant (Figure 1) (http://www.goldenpeaks.com/i/maps/Sondana-Vein-Drill-Section.jpg) as it shows that the mineralisation in this section of the main Sondana Vein is increasing in both width and gold-grade with depth. Figure 1 also shows the position of the drill hole designed to follow up the positive result in TND 050 and extend the zone to greater depths.
The Tanoyan property hosts an extensive set of gold-bearing quartz veinÂ systems which have been mapped over a strike length of about 5,600 metres.Â Historical drilling comprisedÂ of 44 widely-spaced holes in 2 programs testing portions of vein systems. As previously reported, CSA Global Resource Industry Consultants (CSA Global) estimated a NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource of 2.22 Mt at 1.3 g/t for 91,100 ounces of contained gold.

VANCOUVER, July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Golden Peaks Resources Limited (the Company) (TSX:GL) is pleased to update exploration activities on the Roko and Kapa Kapa Projects on Halmahera Island, Indonesia. Halmahera is host to one of the highest-grade underground gold mines, Newcrest's Gosowong Mine, currently operating anywhere in the world (28 g/t gold average). The company has now established an exploration base in Tobelo, which is the capital of North Halmahera regency. There are now a total of 30 employees, including 20 locals who are associated with the exploration activities in Halmahera.

Current work to date, on the Roko Project, has focused on the 3km long Roko epithermal gold-base metal system. The current program has included gridding, mapping, channel sampling and trenching at the Roko East prospect where previous reconnaissance channel sampling returned up to 8m @ 1.6 g/t Au. The two new trenches completed to date, combined, are over 150 meters long.

This work will continue to Roko 2 and Roko South Prospects in the coming weeks in preparation of an upcoming drill program at the Roko Project.

A base camp is now being constructed at the Akelamo Prospect on the Kapa Kapa project. Initial mapping and sampling will follow a 1km zone of mineralisation with historical trenching data which includes 4m @ 0.5 g/t Au + 1800 g/t Ag and 4m @ 466 g/t Ag from channel sampling.

Reconnaissance mapping and sampling is also continuing at the Pediwang and Gisi Prospects, on the Kapa Kapa project. Historical data includes 10 metres at 6.4 g/t gold, 16 metres at 5.1 g/t gold and 42 metres at 1.1 g/t gold in hand-dug trenches and 10.2m @ 1.4g/t Au from 40.8m depth and 12.9m @ 1.3g/t Au from 48.6m depth from 2 scout diamond drill holes.

Both properties are located on the northern arm of Sulawesi Island, a highly prospective terrain for epithermal gold mineralisation with a number of significant gold deposits. These include Avocet's North Lanut (0.79 Moz), Doup (0.96 Moz) and Bakan (0.51 Moz) deposits, Archipelago's Toka Tindung deposit (1.75 MOz) and Newmont's former Mesel gold mine which produced over 1.5 Moz of gold.

The Tanoyan property is the more advanced of the two properties and a mineral resource has been estimated for this property. (see 43-101 Technical Report)

Gold mineralisation at Tanoyan is located in four principal lode systems, Sondana, Ramai, Talong-Modupola and Lingkobungon, which are predominantly orientated northeast to southwest and dip steeply to the northwest or southeast. The lode systems are typically characterised by quartz veining, vein breccias and silicification within an argillic alteration envelope. Gold mineralisation is typically associated with pyrite and arsenopyrite in the lode zones.

Previous exploration programs include soil sampling, an Inverse Polarisation geophysical survey, and mapping which defined the four lode systems. Thirty two trenches were excavated and two phases of diamond drilling completed. ( 44 holes total of 6007m.)

Location and Access

Both properties are easily accessed from the regional city of Kotamobagu, which is 250km by good quality sealed road from Manado, the provincial capital of North Sulawesi. Manado has a population in excess of 2 million people and is serviced by frequent daily flights from Jakarta.

The Tanoyan property is adjacent to the village of Tanoyan which is an approximate 30 minute drive from Kotamobagu on a good quality sealed road. Access within the property is by four wheel drive vehicle on unsealed roads from Tanoyan village.

The Anggrek property is approximately one hour's drive from Kotamobagu on good quality roads. Access within the tenement is by four wheel drive vehicle on a new dirt road recently constructed.

Climate in the area is tropical with similar temperatures and high humidity all year round. Annual rainfall is approximately 2000mm which falls mainly in a wet season between December and March. The area is outside the typhoon/cyclone zone and exploration and mining can be conducted all year round.

Both Projects have a maximum elevation of app. 700 meters ASL

VANCOUVER, May 9 /CNW/ - Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (TSX: GL) has announced that is has completed the acquisition of Reliance Resources Ltd. as part of a strategic shift in focus to Indonesia. The acquisition provides Golden Peaks with a diversified portfolio of five highly prospective gold projects covering 30,000 hectares in eastern Indonesia and a foothold in a region that hosts some of the world's largest gold projects. All of the projects are within close proximity to operating gold mines or defined resources within similar geological settings.

Golden Peaks' Indonesian portfolio comprises three exploration projects on Sulawesi Island, and two on Halmahera Island. Golden Peaks now controls the second largest land exploration package on Halmahera behind Newcrest Mining, which operates the Gosowong Mine that has a reported resource of 5.1 million ounces of gold to date. The five projects, with working interest of 75% to 90%, are valid licenses, as required under current Indonesian mining regulations.

Exploration Strategy
Golden Peaks aims to be part of the next wave of mining investment in Indonesia. Our prospects are focused in eastern Indonesia, a region that has seen most the country's mining activity in the past 15 years. Since 1995, five of the six metal mines to commence production are located in this region of Indonesia: Mesel (gold), Lanut (gold), Gosowong (gold),Lerokis (gold/copper)and BatuHijau (copper/gold). Two other gold projects, Bakan and Toka Tindung, are in development stage with production planned to commence within the next 12 months.
Of our five gold projects, three have been drill tested with one, Tanoyan, having undergone two phases of diamond drilling (44 drill holes). The most recent drilling at Tanoyan resulted in an initial NI 43-101 inferred resource of 2.22 million tonnes grading 1.3 g/t gold (91,100 ounces contained). A previous resource estimate prepared in 2009, which is not compliant with NI 43-101 but compliant with Australian Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) requirements, placed the resource at 270,500 ounces of gold.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Sulawesi Island
The Tanoyan, Anggrek and Palopo projects have defined targets and the potential for near-term resource development and production. The projects cover an aggregate of approximately 19,650 hectares on Sulawesi Island, a province known to be gold-rich for over a century. Exploration since the 1980s has led to the discovery of a number of large gold deposits on the island.
Tanoyan (750 hectares; 75% interest)

Initial 43-101 resource estimate of 91,100 oz gold
Four shallow epithermal gold-bearing vein systems identified to date
Strike length traced over 2.3km

Gold mineralization at Tanoyan is located in four principal lode systems. These are typically characterized by quartz veining, vein breccias and silicification within an argillic alteration envelope. Gold mineralization is typically associated with pyrite and arsenopyrite in the lode zones.
A technical report prepared by CSA (Global) of Perth, Western Australia, estimates an NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource of approximately of 2.2 million tonnes grading 1.3 g/t gold, 91,100 contained ounces. However, this estimate excludes two of the best three drill intersections because of wide drill-hole spacing. Moreover, it only extrapolated veins in strike and dip to a maximum of 100 metres below surface.
The potential also exists to discover high-grade "shoots" or "bonanza lodes" within the main vein zones. These could increase the overall grade of the deposit and add significantly to the total gold inventory and enhance the project economics.
Palopo (8,096 hectares; 90% interest)

Drill intersections include 2 metres of 115 g/t gold, 2 metres of 18.3 g/t gold and 8.4 metres of 7.5 g/t gold
Strike lengths up to 500 metres with multiple quartz-sulphide veins
Mesothermal vein system located near Awak Mas deposit (1.7M oz gold)

Six main prospects have been identified on the Palopo project. On the main Mangkaluku prospect, four zones contain multiple quartz-sulphide veins, with individual veins having strike lengths up to 500 meters.
Drilling highlights from the Eastern and Western zones of this widely spaced scout drilling include:

Hole MLD001: 10m at 1.1g/t gold
Hole MLD004: 6m at 3.9g/t gold
Hole MLD006: 5m at 2.5g/t gold and 11m at 2.65g/t
Hole MLD007: 12m at 3.5g/t gold
Hole MLD008: 2m at 18.0g/t gold and 4.5m at 5.7g/t gold and 9m at 3.9g/t gold
Hole MLD008: 6m at 3.2g/t gold

Higher grade mineralization occurs in at least two zones over a strike length of more than 500 metres, with drill intersections from surface to 250 - 300 metres in depth. One of the most significant intersections is also one of the deepest, MK01 with 8.4 metres at 7.5 g/t gold from 249 metres.
Previous trenching outlined wide intersections of significant gold mineralization including:

MLT029: 18.1m @ 13.9 g/t Au and 5.4m @ 11.1 g/t Au
MLT030: 3.1m @ 8.2 g/t Au and 6.0m @ 4.7 g/t Au
MLT033: 18.0m @ 6.8 g/t Au and 6.0m @ 16.0 g/t Au
MLT039: 36.0m @ 6.8 g/t Au incl 9.0m @ 16.6 g/t Au
MLT046: 3.0m @ 39.5 g/t Au and 5.0m @ 16.1 g/t Au and 13.4m @ 10.7 g/t Au

Initial field exploration in 2011 indicates the presence of prospective dilational zones within quartz veins, the significance of which have not been recognised by previous explorers. The highest-grade drill intersection at Mangkaluku (MLD005; 2m @ 115.0 g/t Au) is located within one of these interpreted dilational zones.
An initial drill 5,000-metre drilling program will follow-up high-grade intersections and provide a framework for recognizing controls of high-grade mineralization within the lode systems.
Anggrek (900 hectares; 75% interest)

Limited exploration work (surface sampling and mapping)
Samples include 46.0 g/t gold and 10.2 g/t gold

Past exploration of Anggrek, primarily regional mapping and sampling programs, has outlined six zones of alteration and gold mineralization. These are hosted by quartz veins in hydrothermal breccias and fault breccia zones which are up to 20 metres in width and can be traced up to 1.2 kilometres along strike. Grab samples include 46.0 g/t gold from the Maleo Zone and 10.2 g/t gold from the TongTong Zone.
Anggrek is at a preliminary stage of exploration and future work will focus on understanding the gold-bearing mineral system with the aim of delineating targets for follow-up drill testing.
Halmahera Island
Western Halmahera Island represents a highly prospective but relatively under-explored island arc province with one of the highest-grade underground gold mines, Newcrest's Gosowong, currently operating anywhere in the world (28 g/t gold average). Golden Peaks is the second largest landholder in western Halmahera after Newcrest Mining.
Both the Roko and KapaKapa projects are located within the island arc terrain and contain significant evidence of gold-bearing, epithermal-style mineralization. These early-stage exploration projects cover approximately 17,675 hectares.

KapaKapa is located near the tip of the northern peninsula of Halmahera Island, approximately 35 kilometres northeast of the Roko project. Reconnaissance and geochemical sampling have outlined two areas of anomalous gold mineralization: one consisting of epithermal gold veins associated with intense hydrothermal alteration and hydrothermal brecciation, the other consisting of sediment-hosted mineralization.
Previous exploration within the headwaters of Pediwang Creek and Gisi Creek outlined a zone of hydrothermal alteration with anomalous gold mineralization hosted by veined and brecciated volcanics and volcaniclastics. The zone is at least 1,200 metres in length and up to 300 metres wide. The best results from chip sampling along creek exposures and hand-dug trenches include 10 metres at 6.4 g/t gold, 16 metres at 5.1 g/t gold and 42 metres at 1.1 g/t gold.
Newcrest also drilled three scout holes, totalling 620 metres, in late1998. Hole KKD-1 intersected 10 meters at 6.4g/t gold and 16 metres at 5.1g/t gold. Hole KKD-2 intersected anomalous gold mineralization, with a best assay result of 1.7m @ 0.3g/t Au from 127.0m. Hole KKD-3 intersections included 12.9 metres at 1.3g/t gold from 48.6 metres, including 6 metres at 2.7 g/t gold.
The exploration strategy at KapaKapa will be to undertake detailed mapping and soil sampling to better define the Pediwang Creek zone of hydrothermal breccia/epithermal veining. This data will be used for a drill program designed to follow-up previous scout drilling.
Roko (12,890 hectares, 82.5% interest)

Two zones have identified, Roko West and Roko East. Roko is a highly prospective exploration target possessing similarities to the geological setting to the Gosowong mine. Work to-date has only been at the reconnaissance stage. A current work program entails detailed mapping to define the most prospective zones of the hydrothermal breccias to provide targets for a planned drill program.
Golden Peaks executive and board of directors was restructured following the acquisition of Reliance Resources.

Im Hinblick zur vergangenen Analyse vom 11. März verbleibt, die sich bereits damals vorsichtig andeutende Tendenz und aktuell versucht sich die Aktie an einer Stabilisierung im Bereich des gleitenden 200-Tage-Durchschnitts (SMA - aktuell bei 0,63 USD). Wohin die Reise der Aktie im Weiteren führen könnte, soll im nachfolgenden Fazit analysiert werden.

Das Scheitern an der 1,00 USD-Hürde bleibt der bittere Nachgeschmack, welcher seither auf der Aktie lastet. Gelingt es der Aktie in diesem Zusammenhang nicht, sich im derzeit erreichten Bereich des eingangs erwähnten 200-Tage-Durchschnitts zu fangen, drohen weitere Abgaben bis zur Marke von 0,48 USD. Unterhalb davon würde sich das Setup noch deutlicher eintrüben und Abgaben bis in den Bereich von 0,30 USD könnten nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Andernfalls stabilisiert sich die Aktie auf aktuellem Niveau und strebt wieder in Richtung des ehemaligen Unterstützungsbereichs (nunmehr ein Widerstandsbereich) bei 0,80 USD.

Oberhalb von 0,80 USD werden weitere Aufschläge bis zur entscheidenden 1,00 USD-Marke generiert und ein Angriff auf die primäre Abwärtstrendlinie bei rund 1,15 USD würde möglich werden. Ein Ausbruch hätte klaren mittel- bis langfristigen Signalcharakter und verspricht deutliches Aufwärtspotenzial bis in den Bereich von 1,50 bis 2,00 USD.

Das erste Korrekturziel unterhalb von 0,80 USD ist aktuell erreicht. Sackt die Aktie jedoch weiter ab, werden unterhalb von 0,60 USD nochmals Rückschläge bis 0,48 USD initiiert. Navidad to be 'battleship asset' for Pan American

TORONTO (miningweekly.com) – The Navidad silver project in Argentina has the potential to be the cornerstone asset in Pan American Silver's portfolio and could as much as double the company's annual silver output, CEO Geoff Burns said on Friday.

Vancouver-based Pan American bought the project when it acquired Aquiline Resources in 2009, but is still waiting for the provincial government in Chubut to change a law that bans openpit mining.
Provincial legislature and gubernatorial elections were held in Chubut at the end of March, and the final results, which still need to be verified, will probably dictate how long it takes before the necessary changes are made, Pan American country manager for Argentina Bret Boster said in a presentation during the company's investor day in Toronto. His remarks were broadcast over the Internet.

Both of the candidates in the close race for governor in the province have expressed support for mining development, and the company is convinced “now more than ever, that the issue of mining law change in the province of Chubut is a question of when and not if,” Boster said.
Pan American has said that the most likely outcome is that the province will define zones where openpit operations are permitted, including the area where Navidad is located, but the timing on the changes remains uncertain.

Depending on which candidate is shown to have been re-elected, there could be progress on the legislation changes in the “short term”, which means three to six months, but the process could also drag out beyond the end of the year, he said.
“But the good news is that Kirchner herself has been very vocally supportive of mining development,” Boster said.

CORNERSTONE
The Navidad project could produce 19,8-million ounces a year of silver in the first five years of operation, according to a December 2010 preliminary economic assessment (PEA). Capital costs were estimated at some $760-million, excluding recoverable value-added tax.
The project is a big part of the company's growth plan, with the potential to double Pan American's annual output, Burns said.
“If you consider the great mining companies...every one of them has had a battleship asset, an asset that – whether it's in copper, or gold or silver or zinc – is going to be able to make money no matter what the price is,” he said.
“It's a cornerstone that a company is able to leverage and grow from. And Navidad is that asset,” Burns said.
“We have never had something of this magnitude in our portfolio.”
The company expects to have a full feasibility study on the project completed by the fourth quarter of this year, which could include some “enhancements” from the PEA, VP for project development George Greer said.

He also commented that the PEA analysis was based on an $18/oz silver price, which is less than half the current price for the metal.
Silver prices jumped more than 80% in 2010, and the metal has continued rising this year, rising above $40/oz on Friday for the first time in 31 years.
Pan American, which operates eight mines in Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Bolivia, expects to produce between 23-million and 24-million ounces of the precious metal this year.
Shares in the company jumped 8,3% on Friday, to C$40,83 a share by 16:00 in Toronto.

(TSX: GL) (the "Company" or "Golden Peaks") is pleased to report that it has completed the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of Reliance Resources Limited ("Reliance") effective March 31, 2011, pursuant to which the Company acquired all of the outstanding shares of Reliance in consideration for the issuance of approximately 62.7 million shares.

William Lee and Kieran Downes have resigned as directors of the Company and have been replaced with Gary Lewis, John Levings and Ian Mitchell. Kieran Downes has also resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and has been replaced by Gary Lewis as Chief Executive Officer. Scott Emerson has resigned as Chairman and has been replaced by Gary Lewis as Chairman. Scott Emerson has been appointed as President. Concurrent with the closing of the Acquisition, the Company also announces that the 4,000,000 subscription receipts that were issued under the Company's brokered private placement that closed on March 1, 2011 which raised gross proceeds to the Company of $2,000,000 will now automatically be exchanged into 4,000,0000 common shares and 2,000,000 share purchase warrants of the Company. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.65 until March 1, 2012. The gross proceeds of the Financing which had been held in escrow have now been released to the Company.

Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. (the "Agent") was engaged by the Company as the agent in connection with the Financing. Robust Resources strengthens management team and expands rig fleet

Robust Resources Limited (‘Robust' or ‘the Company') is pleased to report that it has made significant progress strengthening its management team and expanding its company-owned drilling rig fleet to fast track exploration and development activities at its flagship Romang Island Project in Indonesia.

As Robust embarks on a 27,000 metre, $10 million exploration program for calendar 2011, it has taken the decision to strengthen its senior management team so it has the right skills base in place to support the next growth phase of its Indonesian projects.

Gordon Lewis has been appointed Chief Operating Officer based in Jakarta. A qualified engineer and mine manager, Gordon has over 30 years experience in mining and exploration, and has spent over 10 years working in Indonesia across on a number of gold production and exploration projects. He was the founding mine manager of Rio Tinto's +7 million ounce Kelian gold mine in Kalimantan, Indonesia, and was also the last person to build an operating gold mine in Indonesia, the Avocet Mining PLC Lanut mine in Sulawesi.

Robust is also pleased to announce that Warwick Browne has joined the company as Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) Manager. A science graduate with a PhD in Natural Resource Management, Warwick, has more than 10 years' experience working in Asia assisting in the development of effective HSEC plans.

With a workforce of more than 100, and a local community of 4,000 people on Romang Island, Warwick's skills will be instrumental in ensuring Robust successfully manages all necessary community, environmental and safety issues associated with its development program.

The Company has also announced that it has purchased its seventh diamond core drill rig to service North Romang where it is targeting a gold-rich copper porphyry system. Robust is currently undertaking an IPResistivity survey to identify suitable drill targets. Early feedback has been positive with a number of anomalies identified. The rig and six months of supplies has arrived on site and upon receipt of the first phase of data, drilling will commence immediately. Robust's Managing Director Gary Lewis said: "We have made significant operational progress in the last quarter, and along with some pleasing drilling results, we are well placed to move to the next stage of development.

Die 1,00 USD-Hürde ist das sprichwörtliche Zünglein an der Waage. Gelingt es der Golden Peaks Aktie daher dieses Niveau zu überwinden, generieren sich Kurschancen bis 1,20 USD und überdies bis 1,50 USD. Ein Anstieg über die Region von 1,50 USD würde zudem den seit Jahren ausgebildeten Abwärtstrend aufheben und der Aktie mittel- bis langfristig erhebliche Kursavancen eröffnen.

Setzt sich hingegen die Kursschwäche fort, wäre bei Kursen unterhalb des Unterstützungsbereichs von 0,80 USD eine Korrekturausdehnung zu erwarten. Rücksetzer bis in den Bereich der vor kurzem erfolgten positiven Kreuzung der zwei gleitenden Durchschnitte in Form des 55- und 200-Tage-Durchschnitts (SMA) zwischen 0,60 und 0,65 USD sollten einkalkuliert werden. Kippt die Aktie auch noch unter diese, liefert nur noch der Bereich bei 0,48 USD halt, bevor deutlichere Abschläge bis 0,30 USD einsetzen könnten. Markiert Golden Peaks gar neue Tiefs mitsamt Kursen unterhalb von 0,30 USD trübt sich das Setup noch deutlicher ein und wenigstens weitere 50 Prozent Abschlag erscheinen nicht ausgeschlossen.

Long Szenario:

Über dem frisch etablierten Unterstützungsbereich von 0,80 USD bleibt die charttechnische Gesamtsituation für die Golden Peaks Aktie äußerst spannend. Ein einsetzender Ausbruch über die 1,00 USD-Hürde verspricht neben weiteren Aufschlägen bis ca. 1,20 USD die mittelfristige Chance bei Kursen über 1,50 USD den langfristigen Abwärtstrend zu durchbrechen.

Short Szenario:

Rücksetzer unter 0,80 USD initiieren mitsamt des dann erfolgten, seit August des letzten Jahres ausgebildeten, Trendlinienbruchs weitere Schwäche bis zunächst in den Bereich von 0,60 bis 0,65 USD. Diesem Bereich folgend schützt nur noch das Niveau von 0,48 USD, bevor unterhalb von 0,42 USD weitere Verluste bis rund 0,30 USD generiert werden.

einer unserer Redakteure ist vergangene Woche zur weltweit größten Rohstoffmesse PDAC nach Toronto geflogen. Hier präsentieren sich den interessierten Investoren Hunderte von Explorations- und Bergbaugesellschaften. Unser Mann vor Ort hat sich eine Vielzahl von Unternehmen angeschaut und mit dem Management der jeweiligen Gesellschaften gesprochen. Dazu zählte auch Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (WKN: 905815).

Die Aktie konnte am Freitag charttechnisch nach oben ausbrechen. Es waren starke Käufe zu beobachten. Wir haben für Sie in Erfahrung gebracht, dass sich ein US-Investor noch schnell positionieren wollte, bevor die Fusion mit Reliance Resources Limited abgeschlossen wird. Die neue Deadline ist der 21. März 2011. Es würde uns aber nicht überraschen, wenn die Transaktion sogar etwas früher abgeschlossen werden könnte.

Wo ist Golden Peaks aktiv?

Vor der angekündigten Fusion mit Reliance arbeitete Golden Peaks an zwei Projekten in Argentinien. Wieso erfolgt nun eine Neuausrichtung auf Indonesien? Zum einen bot sich die Möglichkeit ein Top-Management-Team sowie exzellente Goldprojekte an Bord zu holen. Zum anderen sind die Kosten, um einen Meter in die Erde zu bohren, wesentlich geringer, als in Argentinien. Während man in Argentinien mit 220 USD pro Meter kalkulieren muss, liegen die Kosten in Indonesien gerade einmal bei 40 USD pro Meter!

Indonesien ist eines der, vom geologischen Standpunkt aus gesehen, aussichtsreichsten Länder der Welt. Einige der größten Goldprojekte sind hier zu finden. Dazu zählen Freeport’s Grasberg-Mine (35 Mio. Unzen Gold), Newmont’s Batu Hijau-Projekt (7,6 Mio. Unzen Gold) und Rio Tinto’s Kelian-Projekt (7,7 Mio. Unzen Gold). Zwischen 2003-2005 wurden in Indonesien rund 5,3 Mio. Unzen Gold produziert. Das waren rund 6 Prozent der weltweiten Förderung. Dank des in 2009 modernisierten Bergbaugesetzes und des steigenden Goldpreises fließen nun wieder verstärkt ausländische Investitionen in diesen Sektor.

Was passiert mit den Projekten in Argentinien?

Hier verhandelt Golden Peaks aktuell über einen Verkauf bzw. den Einstieg eines Joint Venture-Partners.

Die Projekte in Indonesien

Die neue Golden Peaks Resources wird 75-90 Prozent an fünf Liegenschaften (Gesamtfläche: 30.000 Hektar) auf den ostindonesischen Inseln Sulawesi und Halmahera halten. Alle Projekte befinden sich in der Nähe von Goldminen oder nachgewiesenen Goldvorkommen mit ähnlichen geologischen Bedingungen. Im Laufe der letzten Jahre wurden hier einige Millionen Dollar in die Exploration investiert, so dass ein umfangreicher Datenbestand vorliegt.

Bei den Sulawesi-Projekten wurde eine Vielzahl von Bohrzielen bereits definiert. Darüber hinaus könnte hier sogar recht kurzfristig die Goldproduktion aufgenommen werden, insofern eine wirtschaftliche Machbarkeitsstudie positiv ausfällt. Schließlich hat man beim Tanoyan-Goldprojekt auf Basis von 44 alten Bohrlöchern (6.007 Meter) ein NI 43-101 konformes Vorkommen in Höhe von 91.100 Unzen Gold (durchschnittlich 1,3 g/t) in der Kategorie "Inferred" nachgewiesen. Dabei wurde eine Reihe von hochgradigen Ergebnissen aus der JORC-konformen Berechnung (270.000 Unzen Gold mit durchschnittlich 2,4 g/t) heraus gerechnet und nur die Daten bis 100 Meter unter der Oberfläche berücksichtigt.

Vier goldführende Adern konnten bisher über eine Länge von 2,3 Kilometern verfolgt werden. Diese sind Teil eines epithermischen Adersystems in der Nähe einer produzierenden Goldmine. Experten sehen hier ein Potenzial, mehrere Millionen Unzen Gold nachzuweisen!

Das Palopo-Projekt liegt in der Nähe des Awak Mas-Vorkommens (1,7 Mio. Unzen Gold). Beim Ausheben von Gräben (Trenching) wurde eine signifikante Goldmineralisierung nachgewiesen. Bisher wurden hier 12 Bohrlöcher in die Erde getrieben. Dabei stieß man auf hochgradige Mineralisierung (u.a. 2 Meter mit 115 g/t Gold).

Beim Anggrek-Projekt wurden bisher nur Bodenproben gesammelt, aber die haben es in sich! 46 g/t Gold und 10,2 g/t Gold hat man hier gefunden. Bei der benachbarten Liegenschaft wird bereits Gold abgebaut.

Auf Halmahera ist Golden Peaks nach Newcrest der zweitgrößte Landbesitzer. Beide Projekte liegen in der Nähe der Gosowong-Goldmine von Newcrest (5 Mio. Unzen Gold mit einer durch-schnittlichen Mineralisierung von 24 g/t!). Beim Roko-Projekt hat man ein großes epithermisches Adersystem mit einer Länge von mindestens 3 Kilometer entdeckt. Der Goldexperte Greg Corbett ist davon überzeugt, dass dies die vielversprechendste Liegenschaft von Golden Peaks ist! Bisher wurden hier nur Bodenproben entnommen.

Auch beim Kapa-Kapa-Projekt existiert ein epithermisches Adersystem. Neben hochgradigem Gold wurde hier auch extrem hochgradiges Silbererz entdeckt (15.800 g/t Silber)!

Das Management

Golden Peaks gewinnt mit der Fusion nicht nur äußerst vielversprechende Goldprojekte, sondern auch ein starkes Management-Team um Gary Lewis und John Levings, das über eine gute Erfolgsbilanz und exzellente Kontakte auf Indonesien verfügt. Das Management-Team von Reliance zeichnete beispielsweise für den Riesenerfolg von Robust Resources Ltd. verantwortlich. Dank der erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Romang Island-Projektes in Indonesien stieg der Börsenwert des Unternehmens von 6,9 Mio. AUD im Juni 2008 auf mittlerweile über 150 Mio. AUD! Diese Vervielfachung des Unternehmenswertes soll nun bei Golden Peaks wiederholt werden!

Laufendes Explorationsprogramm

Golden Peaks arbeitet in Indonesien mit zwei eigenen Bohrgeräten, die von Experten einer einheimischen Firma bedient werden. Zwei weitere Bohrgeräte wurden schon bestellt. Dieser Ansatz mit eigenen Bohrgeräten hat bereits bei - der in Deutschland recht bekannten und später übernommenen - Pan African Mining Corp. zum Erfolg geführt! Damit kann man das Explorationstempo deutlich verschärfen.

Beim Tanoyan-Projekt wird seit Mitte Dezember 2010 die Sondana-Ader getestet, wo bereits früher Gold (u.a. 8,8 g/t Gold über 10 Meter, 5,3 g/t Gold über 7 Meter sowie 3,1 g/ t Gold über 20 Meter ab einer Tiefe von 138 Metern) gefunden wurde. Darüber hinaus will man die Ausdehnung dieser Goldmineralisierung erkunden. Das erste Bohrprogramm soll bis Ende Mai 2011 abgeschlossen werden. Erste Ergebnisse werden für Ende März erwartet. Dank der eigenen Bohrgeräte hat man größtmögliche Flexibilität, um bei starken Ergebnissen sofort weiter zu arbeiten. Beim Palopo-Projekt wird ebenfalls gebohrt.

FAZIT: Der Börsenwert von Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (WKN: 905815) liegt bei rund 115 Mio. CAD. Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. (WKN: A0RMWD) haben wir ebenfalls bei einer Marktkapitalisierung in dieser Größenordnung empfohlen, bevor sich die Aktie verfünffachte! Unser dortiges Kursziel von 3,80 Euro wurde zwischenzeitlich fast erreicht.

Zum erfolgreichen Abschluss der Fusion mit Reliance fehlt nur noch ein letztes Dokument vom Indonesian Capital Investment Coordinating Board. Dies sollte in Kürze vorliegen, so dass die Transaktion abgeschlossen werden kann.

Mit der kürzlich abgeschlossenen 2 Mio. CAD Finanzierung kann Golden Peaks locker das erste 5.000 Meter Bohrprogramm beim Tanoyan-Projekt sowie das zweite beim Palopo-Projekt bezahlen und ist für 12 Monate erst einmal durchfinanziert. Derzeit arbeitet Golden Peaks aber noch an einem ganz großen Wurf in Indonesien, mit dem das Unternehmen sofort zu einem Goldproduzenten aufsteigen würde. Eine Übernahme könnte Golden Peaks über Nacht in eine höhere Liga katapultieren!

Wir sehen bei allen indonesischen Projekten von Golden Peaks Resources ein enormes Explorationspotenzial. Insbesondere beim Tanoyan-Projekt dürften die aktuellen Bohrungen ein wesentlich(!) höheres Goldvorkommen als bisher nachweisen, da die alten Bohrungen weit auseinanderlagen und man nun in diesen Zwischen-räumen bohrt.

Auf Sicht von 12 Monaten sehen wir für die Golden Peaks-Aktie ein Kursziel von 2,60 Euro. Das Management von Golden Peaks wird sich zudem Ende März auf der "Mines and Money Hong Kong" (www.minesandmoney.com/hongkong/) präsentieren. Im Anschluss daran folgt eine fünftägige Roadshow in Singapur sowie eine Roadshow in Australien. Das sollte eine Reihe von neuen Käufern anlocken.

VANCOUVER, March 1 /CNW/ - Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (TSX: GL) ( the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed its previously announced (February 2, 2011) brokered private placement (the "Financing") consisting of 4,000,000 subscription receipts at a purchase price of 50 cents per subscription receipt for gross proceeds to the Company of $ 2,000,000. The gross proceeds of the Financing will be held in escrow pending completion of the Acquisition (as defined below).

Each subscription receipt will entitle the holder to acquire one unit ("Unit") of the Company for no additional consideration upon the closing of the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of Reliance Resources Limited ("Reliance") (see the Company's press releases dated November 2 and December 22, 2010). Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Common Share") in the capital of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.65 for a period of 12 months from the closing of the Financing.

Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. (the "Agent") was engaged by the Company as the agent in connection with the Financing. In consideration for the services provided by the Agent to the Company in connection with the Financing, the Company has paid to the Agent a corporate finance fee of $25,000 and, upon closing of the Acquisition, the Company will pay to the Agent a cash commission of $140,000. Upon completion of the Acquisition, the Company will also issue to the Agent non-transferable warrants that will entitle the Agent to acquire up to 250,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.65 per common share, expiring 12 months after the closing of the Financing.

The subscription receipts and all of the securities issuable upon exercise of the subscription receipts are subject to resale restrictions expiring on July 2, 2011.

Upon completion of the Acquisition, the gross proceeds of the Financing will be released from escrow and the net proceeds will be used by the Company for the current drill programs on the Tanoyan and Palopo Gold Properties, Indonesia and for general working capital purposes.

The Act would reform in April 5001 prohibiting Mining Activity

The government plans to reform the 5001 Act, which prohibits "metal mining in open pit method and the use of cyanide in mining production processes" in the month of April and if you get the victory in the general elections scheduled for March 20. The most insistent and spoken versions of an alleged agreement "extra-party" with the composition of the current Legislature to give the green light to the reform.

The 5001 Act was enacted a month after the March 2003 plebiscite, in which the population of the city of Esquel Chubut overwhelmingly rejected a proposed gold mining company Meridian Gold also Canadian, as defined by the specialist in Luis Claps miners in an article posted on his blog "Dirty Gold."

In the center of the project strategy is the famous "Christmas", with an estimated value in 3500 million dollars and ram from another project, also billionaires, whose lobbying power is already being felt, as befits underground activity on the political activity in Chubut.

Top-Argument 4: Nachrichtenfluss als KurstreiberUnd Palopo ist nicht das einzige Projekt, auf dem derzeit intensiv gearbeitet wird. Ein anderes ist zum Beispiel Tanoyan auf der Nachbarinsel Hamlahera. Auch hier laufen derzeit Bohrungen, um die bislang bekannten Vorkommen von 91.100 Unzen systematisch auszuweiten.

Insgesamt verfolgt Golden Peaks fünf Goldprojekte, die auf den beiden indonesischen Inseln Sulawesi und Halmahera angesiedelt sind. Auf Halmahera ist man nach Newcrest Mining der größte Minenlandbesitzer. Newcrest betreibt dort die Untertagebaumine Gosowong, die auf 2,8 Millionen Unzen Goldressourcen und 2,3 Millionen Unzen Goldreserven kommt. Mit durchschnittlich 19 beziehungsweise 15 Gramm Gold je Tonne eine sehr gehaltvolle Mine. Ähnliche Daten erhofft man sich auch von den beiden Vorkommen von Golden Peaks, Kapa Kapa und Roko. Kenner der Goldszene zeigen sich zuversichtlich, dass beide Projekte großes Entwicklungspotenzial besitzen.

Aus dieser Konstellation lässt sich, und damit kommen wir zum Top-Argument Nummer 4, folgern, dass wir bei Golden Peaks in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten mit einem vollen Nachrichtenfluss zu rechnen haben. Gute Voraussetzung für den Aktienkurs.

Nach der vollständigen Übernahme von Reliance durch Golden Peaks wird man rund 115 Millionen Aktien (fully diluted) ausstehen haben. Bei einem aktuellen Kurs von 0,85 Kanadischen Dollar macht das eine Marktkapitalisierung von 97,8 Millionen Kanadischen Dollar.

Golden Peaks Resources Limited (the Company) (TSX: GL) is in the final stages of completing it's 100% acquisition of Reliance and is pleased to announce that Reliance Resources Limited (Reliance) has been working towards the commencement of drilling at the Palopo Project on Sulawesi Island, Indonesia (Figure 1). Extensive site works and preparatory activity is completed and an initial 5,000-metre drill program is planned. Reliance owns a 90% interest in the Palopo property.

This drill program will be the first phase of drilling at Palopo by Reliance. Initial drilling was undertaken by the Indonesian state mining company, ANTAM, in 1999 - 2000 with 11 holes completed (3,119 metres). The second campaign was completed by the previous owners of the property, Avocet Mining PLC (Avocet), totalling 12 diamond drillholes (1,831.5 metres).

Previous work at the Mangkaluku Prospect identified at least three principal mesothermal gold-bearing vein zones: Western, Central and Eastern Zones. Each zone contains multiple quartz-sulphide veins +/- Au with individual veins having strike-lengths up to 500m and varying between 0.5 and 5 metres in width (Figure 2).

Trenching by both ANTAM and Avocet outlined wide intersections of significant gold mineralisation including;

Previous drilling intersected a series of overprinting quartz veins indicating multiphase mineralisation in a mesothermal environment within and adjacent to a large porphyritic monzodiorite igneous intrusion. One of the final phases of veining consists of laminated quartz-sulphide + gold mineralisation.

The previous drilling should be regarded as preliminary in nature, with quite widely spaced scout drillholes (Figure 2) along each Vein system. Significant intersections from the Avocet and ANTAM drilling include:

The company believes that the sample security, sample preparation and analytical procedures for the exploration and drilling conducted by Avocet are of an industry standard and appropriate for exploration programs. The drilling was reconnaissance in nature and further drilling is needed before true widths of individual veins and the vein zones in general can be made. The first program by Antam was conducted in the late 1990's and no data has been provided to the company regarding the procedures followed, and the current location of any remaining drill core is unknown

The initial focus of the current drill program is to follow-up high-grade intersections from previous drilling to provide a framework for recognizing controls of high-grade mineralisation within the lode systems. The previous drilling was too widely spaced to allow modelling of interpreted high-grade shoots.

Preliminary field investigations by Reliance in 2010 has indicated the presence of prospective dilational zones within quartz veins, the significance of which have not been recognised by previous explorers. Dilational zones in such geological settings are well known to present pathways for mineralised fluids and may control high-grade shoots within vein zones at Mangkaluku and other prospects within the Reliance property. The highest-grade drill intersection at Mangkaluku (MLD005; 2m @ 115.0 g/t Au) is located within one of these interpreted dilational zones (Figure 3). There has been no close-spaced follow-up drilling of this or other high-grade intersections by previous explorers.

The first drillholes in the current program are located in the Western Zone and are designed to test for extensions of high-grade mineralisation intersected in hole MLD005 (Figure 3) including 2m @ 115.0 g/t Au from 34m and 0.5m @ 23.20 g/t Au from 114.5m. These intersections are interpreted to lie within a newly recognised dilational zone. Visible gold is recorded from drillcore in both zones.

The proposed drill program will run in conjunction with a surface geological mapping and sampling program, which aims to outline addition dilational zones throughout the Mangkaluku prospect.

The company is also pleased to confirm that Reliance has commenced drilling at the Tanoyan Project (Figure 1) after extensive site work and preparatory activity which has been ongoing since December 2010 in readiness for this initial 5,000-metre drill program.

This drill program will be the first phase of drilling by Reliance and is designed to expand the initial 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resource of 91,000 ounces announced on January 13, 2011, and is expected to outline further mineralisation with drilling between sections and down-dip from previous exploration by Avocet Mining PLC (Avocet). Their previous exploration on the property included a drill program that totalled 44 diamond drill holes (6007 meters) as well geological mapping, IP geophysical surveys and trenching.

Golden Peaks Resources - Neuer Top-Pick aus dem Goldsektor

Liebe Profiteers,

in den vergangene Wochen waren wir auf der Suche nach einem Goldexplorationsunternehmen, welches das Potenzial hat, eine ähnlich spektakuläre Performance wie unsere Empfehlung Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. (WKN: A0RMWD) hinzulegen - das heißt mehr als 300 Prozent in wenigen Monaten!

Und wir sind fündig geworden! Eine nicht-börsennotierte, australische Gesellschaft namens Reliance Resources Limited hat unser Interesse geweckt. Derzeit führt das Unternehmen im Rahmen einer Fusion mit Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (WKN: 905815) ein "Cold IPO" durch. Die Transaktion steht unmittelbar vor dem Abschluss. Dabei erhalten Reliance-Aktionäre 62.667.713 neue Golden Peaks-Aktien - das entspricht im Endeffekt 59,05 Prozent des Unternehmens.

Wo ist das Unternehmen aktiv?

Indonesien ist eines der, vom geologischen Standpunkt aus gesehen, aussichtsreichsten Länder der Welt. Einige der größten Goldprojekte sind hier zu finden. Dazu zählen Freeport’s Grasberg-Mine (35 Mio. Unzen Gold), Newmont’s Batu Hijau-Projekt (7,6 Mio. Unzen Gold) und Rio Tinto’s Kelian-Projekt (7,7 Mio. Unzen Gold). Zwischen 2003-2005 wurden in Indonesien rund 5,3 Mio. Unzen Gold produziert. Das waren rund 6 Prozent der weltweiten Förderung. Dank des in 2009 modernisierten Bergbaugesetzes und des steigenden Goldpreises fließen nun wieder verstärkt ausländische Investitionen in diesen Sektor.

Die Projekte

Die neue Golden Peaks Resources wird 75-90 Prozent an fünf Liegenschaften (Gesamtfläche: 30.000 Hektar) auf den ostindonesischen Inseln Sulawesi und Halmahera halten. Alle Projekte befinden sich in der Nähe von Goldminen oder nachgewiesenen Goldvorkommen mit ähnlichen geologischen Bedingungen. Im Laufe der letzten Jahre wurden hier einige Millionen Dollar in die Exploration investiert, so dass ein umfangreicher Datenbestand vorliegt.

Bei den Sulawesi-Projekten wurde eine Vielzahl von Bohrzielen bereits definiert. Darüber hinaus könnte hier sogar recht kurzfristig die Goldproduktion aufgenommen werden, insofern eine wirtschaftliche Machbarkeitsstudie positiv ausfällt. Schließlich hat man beim Tanoyan-Goldprojekt auf Basis von 44 alten Bohrlöchern (6.007 Meter) ein NI 43-101 konformes Vorkommen in Höhe von 91.100 Unzen Gold (durchschnittlich 1,3 g/t) in der Kategorie "Inferred" nachgewiesen. Dabei wurde eine Reihe von hochgradigen Ergebnissen aus der JORC-konformen Berechnung (270.000 Unzen Gold mit durchschnittlich 2,4 g/t) heraus gerechnet und nur die Daten bis 100 Meter unter der Oberfläche berücksichtigt.

Vier goldführende Adern konnten bisher über eine Länge von 2,3 Kilometern verfolgt werden. Diese sind Teil eines epithermischen Adersystems in der Nähe einer produzierenden Goldmine. Experten sehen hier ein Potenzial, mehrere Millionen Unzen Gold nachzuweisen!

Das Palopo-Projekt liegt in der Nähe des Awak Mas-Vorkommens (1,7 Mio. Unzen Gold). Beim Ausheben von Gräben (Trenching) wurde eine signifikante Goldmineralisierung nachgewiesen. Bisher wurden hier 12 Bohrlöcher in die Erde getrieben. Dabei stieß man auf hochgradige Mineralisierung (u.a. 2 Meter mit 115 g/t Gold).

Beim Anggrek-Projekt wurden bisher nur Bodenproben gesammelt, aber die haben es in sich! 46 g/t Gold und 10,2 g/t Gold hat man hier gefunden. Bei der benachbarten Liegenschaft wird bereits Gold abgebaut.

Auf Halmahera ist Golden Peaks nach Newcrest der zweitgrößte Landbesitzer. Beide Projekte liegen in der Nähe der Gosowong-Goldmine von Newcrest (5 Mio. Unzen Gold mit einer durch-schnittlichen Mineralisierung von 24 g/t!). Beim Roko-Projekt hat man ein großes epithermisches Adersystem mit einer Länge von mindestens 3 Kilometer entdeckt. Der Goldexperte Greg Corbett ist davon überzeugt, dass dies die vielversprechendste Liegenschaft von Golden Peaks ist! Bisher wurden hier nur Bodenproben entnommen.

Auch beim Kapa-Kapa-Projekt existiert ein epithermisches Adersystem. Neben hochgradigem Gold wurde hier auch extrem hochgradiges Silbererz entdeckt (15.800 g/t Silber)!

Das Management

Golden Peaks gewinnt mit der Fusion nicht nur äußerst vielversprechende Goldprojekte, sondern auch ein starkes Management-Team um Gary Lewis und John Levings, das über eine gute Erfolgsbilanz und exzellente Kontakte auf Indonesien verfügt. Das Management-Team von Reliance zeichnete beispielsweise für den Riesenerfolg von Robust Resources Ltd. verantwortlich. Dank der erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Romang Island-Projektes in Indonesien stieg der Börsenwert des Unternehmens von 6,9 Mio. AUD im Juni 2008 auf mittlerweile über 150 Mio. AUD! Diese Vervielfachung des Unternehmenswertes soll nun bei Golden Peaks wiederholt werden!

Laufendes Explorationsprogramm

Golden Peaks arbeitet in Indonesien mit zwei eigenen Bohrgeräten, die von Experten einer einheimischen Firma bedient werden. Zwei weitere Bohrgeräte wurden schon bestellt. Damit kann man das Explorationstempo deutlich verschärfen. Beim Tanoyan-Projekt wird seit Mitte Dezember 2010 die Sondana-Ader getestet, wo bereits früher Gold (u.a. 8,8 g/t Gold über 10 Meter, 5,3 g/t Gold über 7 Meter sowie 3,1 g/ t Gold über 20 Meter ab einer Tiefe von 138 Metern) gefunden wurde. Darüber hinaus will man die Ausdehnung dieser Goldmineralisierung erkunden. Beim Palopo-Projekt wird ebenfalls gebohrt.

FAZIT: Unter Berücksichtigung von 114 Mio. ausstehenden Aktien (nach der Fusion und der Finanzierung) liegt der Börsenwert von Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (WKN: 905815) bei rund 100 Mio. CAD. Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. haben wir ebenfalls bei einer Marktkapitalisierung in dieser Größenordnung empfohlen, bevor sich die Aktie vervierfachte!

Zum erfolgreichen Abschluss der Fusion fehlt nur noch ein letztes Dokument vom Indonesian Capital Investment Coordinating Board. Dies sollte in Kürze vorliegen, so dass die Transaktion abgeschlossen werden kann.

Wir sehen bei allen indonesischen Projekten von Golden Peaks Resources ein enormes Explorationspotenzial. Insbesondere beim Tanoyan-Projekt dürften die aktuellen Bohrungen ein wesentlich(!) höheres Goldvorkommen als bisher nachweisen, da die alten Bohrungen weit auseinanderlagen und man nun in diesen Zwischen-räumen bohrt.

Das Unternehmen sammelt derzeit 2 Mio. CAD frisches Kapital ein. Der Abschluss der Finanzierung wird für Anfang März erwartet. Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. platziert die Aktie bei seinen Kunden. Die Finanzierung soll jetzt schon massiv überzeichnet sein!

Wir erwarten pünktlich zur Rohstoffmesse PDAC starke Bohrergebnisse. Sie sollten die Golden Peaks-Aktie vorher im Depot haben. Auf Sicht von 12 Monaten sehen wir ein Kursziel von 2,60 Euro. Die Aktie befindet sich in einem intakten Aufwärtstrend.

Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. Announces $2,000,000 Brokered Private Placement; Updates Status of Acquisition of Reliance Resources Limited

February 4, 2011 - Vancouver -- Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (TSX: GL) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has negotiated a brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") with Macquarie Private Wealth Inc. (the "Agent"), acting as agent on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, for the issuance of up to 4,000,000 subscription receipts (each a "Subscription Receipt") at a purchase price of $0.50 per Subscription Receipt to raise aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to $2,000,000. Each Subscription Receipt will entitle the holder to acquire one unit (each a "Unit") of the Company for no additional consideration upon the closing of the acquisition (the "Acquisition") of Reliance Resources Limited ("Reliance") (see the Company's press releases dated November 2 and December 22, 2010). Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Common Share") in the capital of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.65 for a period of 12 months from the completion of the Private Placement.

The Company has completed all required documentation and received all necessary approvals to complete the acquisition. However, Reliance is currently awaiting a final piece of documentation from the the Indonesian Capital Investment Co-ordinating Board ("BKPM") in Indonesia and the acquisition will close when received. Accordingly, the parties have extended the closing date for the Acquisition.

Upon the closing of the Private Placement, the gross proceeds of the Private Placement will be placed into escrow with an independent escrow agent pending the closing of the Acquisition, following which they will be released to the Company. In the event that the Acquisition does not close, the gross proceeds of the Private Placement and accrued interest thereon will be returned by the escrow agent to the Agent for return to the subscribers.

As consideration for the services provided to the Company by the Agent under the Private Placement, the Company has agreed to pay to the Agent a cash commission equal to seven per cent of the total proceeds raised under the Private Placement, and issue to the Agent non-transferable warrants that entitle the Agent to acquire up to 250,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.65 per common share expiring 12 months after the closing of the Private Placement. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for exploration and development on the Company's Indonesian properties to be acquired under the Acquisition, and for working capital and general corporate purposes of the Company.

All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the closing date of the Private Placement. The Private Placement is scheduled to close on or about March 1, 2011 subject to all necessary corporate and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

CSA's Mineral Resource estimate was based exclusively on data from 44 diamond drill holes, totalling 6,007 metres, drilled by Avocet Mining PLC ("Avocet"), the previous owners of the property over a 12-month period between 2007 - 2008. Avocet also undertook, trenching, soil geochemistry, geological mapping and IP-Resistivity geophysical surveys within the property, and completed an internal resource estimate utilizing all of its exploration data. CSA, however, only utilized drilling data and did not include trench assay data in their resource estimate.

CSA's Inferred Mineral Resource estimate is lower than an in-house estimate prepared by Avocet due to the application by CSA of a more conservative set of protocols. CSA's report states: "The Mineral Resource estimate of 2.22M tonnes at a grade of 1.3g/t Au for contained gold of 91,100oz differs considerably from that estimated by Avocet. The main reasons for the difference are considered to be due to CSA:

Removing two of the best three drill intersections due to excessively wide drilling spacing
Applying a top cut to the assay database instead of separately modelling the high-grade parts of the deposit as Avocet did;
Applying more conservative extrapolations of veins in strike and dip to a maximum of 100 metres below surface; and
Removing the surface trench assay data (which has a marginally higher average grade than the drillholes) from the grade estimate.

Golden Peaks believes that with continued infill and exploration drilling the resources at Tanoyan can be significantly increased. The CSA report states: "There is an opportunity to increase the Tanoyan Mineral Resource estimate, and to improve confidence in the classification of currently Inferred Mineral Resource by continued drilling..............There are also opportunities to extend mineralised lodes along strike, and to discover new zones."

Avocet identified four principal epithermal gold-bearing vein systems: Sondana, Ramai, Linkobungon and Talong-Modupola. Individual veins have strike-lengths up to 2.3 Km and widths vary between 2 and 15 metres (Figure 2).

"There are staff four years ago that is working in exploration and maintenance. More than 100 people belonging to Gastre, Gan Gan and Lagunita Salada "he said. The village head said further that economic and social change that led to Christmas and is perceived in the communes. "It's a great help to many families," he said.

Am 02. November 2010 hat Golden Peaks eine entscheidende Meldung veröffentlicht. Mit dem Kauf der privaten Gesellschaft Reliance Resources übernimmt man mehrere fortgeschrittene Goldprojekte in Indonesien. Indonesien zählt zu den Emerging Markets, die über starke Wirtschaftswachstumszahlen verfügen. Zudem liegt das Land an der Perepherie der großen Wachstumszentren Südostasiens. Indonesien war bis vor einigen Jahren tabu für Anleger. Innere Unruhen und eine diktatorische Politik machten jedes Investment hochspekulativ. Doch das hat sich geändert. Nach dem Sturz von General Suharto im Mai 1998 wurden in zahlreichen Reformschritten Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft liberalisiert und nach außen geöffnet. Eine Entwicklung, die spürbare Konsequenzen hat. Der Internationale Währungsfonds (IWF) rechnet in diesem Jahr mit einem Plus beim Bruttoinlandsprodukt (BIP) von sechs Prozent. Interessant ist zudem, dass sich Indonesien mehr und mehr zu einem wichtigen Rohstofflieferanten für die chinesische Wirtschaft entwickelt. Mit Australien "im Rücken" könnte Indonesien eines Tages das Rückgrat des chinesischen Rohstoffbedarfs bilden. Vor allem gegenüber Ländern wie Brasilien kann Indonesien aufgrund seiner geographischen Nähe zu China schon Punkte sammeln: die Transporte sind kürzer, die geförderten Rohstoffe können dadurch in der Regel günstiger angeboten werden.

Für zwei der auf Indonesien beheimateten Projekte, für Tanoyan and Palopo, hat Golden Peaks nun weitere wichtige Bohrprogramme ab Dezember angekündigt. The Reliance portfolio comprises three exploration projects on Sulawesi Island, and two areas on the island of Halmahera, 70km north of Newcrest Mining's high-grade, world-class Gosowong gold mine. Reliance has the second largest landholding behind Newcrest on Halmahera.

All five projects are within close proximity to operating gold mines or defined resources with similar geological settings.

As reported November 23, 2010, a 5,000 metre drilling program is expected to commence in mid-December at the Tanoyan project on Sulawesi.

Das kanadischen Explorations- und Ressourcenentwicklungsunternehmen Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. zeigt sich im Hinblick zur letzten Analyse vom 4. Oktober kaum verändert. Zwar konnte zwischenzeitlich mit Kursen über 0,7570 USD ein neues Zwischenhoch gebildet werden und dementsprechend auch der als Widerstand fungierende gleitende 200-Tage-Durchschnitt (SMA - aktuell bei 0,6186 USD) zumindest temporär überwunden werden, doch zeigt sich seither die Aktie in einem Konsolidierungsmodus mit Rücksetzern bis in den 0,50 USD-Bereich. Ob nunmehr die Chance zur Wiederaufname der Aufwärtsbewegung besteht, soll im anschließenden Fazit analysiert werden.

Aus aktueller Betrachtung heraus deutet sich eine nachhaltige Stabilisierung oberhalb der runden 0,50 USD-Marke an. Zur entscheidenden Befreiung bedarf es jedoch nochmalig weiter anziehenden Kursen mitsamt Überwindung der letzten Zwischenhochs bei 0,7570 USD gefolgt von einem weiteren Sprung über den eingangs erwähnten 200-Tage-Durchschnitt. Gelingt dies, wird mit Kursen über 0,82 USD ein weiterer Anstieg bis zur 1 USD-Marke unvermeidlich.

Hingegen würden stärkere Rücksetzer unter die Unterstützungszone zwischen 0,48 bis 0,43 USD Korrekturausdehnung bis wenigstens zum bereits im Sommer getesteten 0,30 USD-Support initiieren. Ob hierbei die Ausbildung eines Doppelbodens gelingt bliebe zunächst abzuwarten, da aufgrund des dann nachhaltig Unterschrittenen 200-Tage-Durchschnitts die charttechnische Situation deutlich angespannt wäre. Markiert Golden Peaks gar neue Tiefs mitsamt Kursen unterhalb von 0,30 USD trübt sich das Setup noch deutlicher ein und weitere 50 Prozent Abschlag sollten einkalkuliert werden.

Am 02. November 2010 hat Golden Peaks eine entscheidende Meldung veröffentlicht. Mit dem geplanten Kauf der privaten Gesellschaft Reliance Resources übernimmt man mehrere fortgeschrittene Goldprojekte in Indonesien. Indonesien zählt wie Argentinien, in dem Golden Peaks das La Fortuna Goldprojekt betreibt, zu den Emerging Markets, die über starke Wirtschaftswachstumszahlen verfügen. Zudem liegen sie an der Perepherie der großen Wachstumszentren der Weltökonomie - Argentinien grenzt an Brasilien, Indonesien ist Nachbar von China und Indien. Das macht beide Länder so interessant.

Für zwei der auf Indonesien beheimateten Projekte, für Tanoyan and Palopo, hat Golden Peaks nun weitere wichtige Bohrprogramme ab Dezember angekündigt. Sie sollen unter anderem dazu beitragen, für Tanoyan eine Ressourcenschätzung zu erstellen. Parallel dazu laufen natürlich die Arbeiten im argentinischen La Fortuna Projekt weiter. Zur Erinnerung: Das La Fortuna Gold Projekt im Zentrum der rohstoffreichen Provinz Chubut. Das Projekt umfasst zwei Goldvorkommen, die in den zurückliegenden Jahren umfangreich erforscht worden sind. Nach Navidad, einem Gold- und Silbervorkommen, das Pan American Silver im Jahr 2009 durch den Kauf von Aquiline Resources übernommen hat, könnte La Fortuna das in dieser Region nächste große Goldprojekt werden.

Nichtsdestotrotz werden wohl die Projekte in Indonesien in Zukunft den Ton bei Golden Peaks angeben. Dafür wird allein schon das Management von Reliance Resoures sorgen, das nach der Übernahme zum großen Teil zu Golden Peaks wechseln wird. Und eben dieses Management ist es, das bereits in früheren Jahren große Erfolge in Indonesien feiern konnte. So war man beim Aufbau der Gesellschaft Robust Resources involviert - eine Goldminengesellschaft mit Projekten in Indonesien. Von Juni 2008 bis heute schaffte man es, die Marktkapitalisierung von Robust von unter sieben auf über 150 Millionen AUD zu steigern.      As reported on 2 November, Golden Peaks announced the proposed
acquisition of Reliance, an unlisted Australian public company, which holds
the rights to five prospective gold exploration permits on the islands of
Sulawesi and Halmahera in eastern Indonesia. Significant progress has been
made to progress the transaction, and Golden Peaks expects to complete the
acquisition of Reliance in the near term.
     Reliance has advised Golden Peaks that in mid-December it will commence
drilling at both the Tanoyan and Palopo prospects on the Island of Sulawesi.

     Two company-owned diamond drill rigs have been purchased and are now
being assembled and tested before being shipped up to site. An initial 5,000
metre program is planned for Tanoyan, commencing in December, with the aim of
building on the inferred mineral resource. Assay results will be reported
throughout the drilling program.
     Reliance already has a dedicated team on-site at all of its main prospect
areas including a Senior Geologist, a Senior Logistics Officer, a Senior Field
Assistant, a Community Relations Consultant and the necessary administrative
support. Additionally, all necessary infrastructure has been set up including
accommodation, communications and logistical support to support exploration
activities.
     Reliance also has an active exploration program for the remainder of the
fourth quarter of calendar year 2010 to advance its other projects in
Indonesia. Works including geological mapping, trenching, sampling and
modelling of vein systems have been planned.

Renaissance Gold Inc.: Leonid & Gypsum Valley Project Agreements Executed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/10 -- Renaissance Gold Inc. ('RenGold' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: REN) is pleased to announce that it has entered into two exploration earn-in agreements with Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. ('Golden Peaks') of Vancouver, British Columbia. One agreement covers the Company's Leonid project located south of Carlin, Nevada and the other covers the Gypsum Valley project located north of Fernley, Nevada. This brings the total number of active exploration agreements for RenGold in Nevada and Utah to 10 and 15 worldwide.

The Leonid Property is in the Pinion Range and straddles the boundary of Elko and Eureka County. The project was originally discovered using proprietary satellite imaging that highlighted anomalously altered Woodruff Shale underlain by carbonate locally replaced by jasperoids with highly anomalous trace element chemistry and gold. A series of complex graben-bounding faults preserve the Woodruff Shale, which comprises the upper plate of the Roberts Mountains Thrust. The structural setting presents the potential to preserve, at shallow depths in the lower plate, the Web formation, which is a productive host to gold mineralization in the Rain deposit located at the northern end of the Pinion Range and along the southern extension of the Carlin gold trend.

The Gypsum Valley project contains the upper level expression of a hot springs epithermal system indicated by intense argillic alteration, the development of disseminated gypsum and siliceous sinters. Surface sampling has encountered anomalous pathfinder geochemistry and geologic mapping has identified likely feeder structures for the mineral system hosted within felsic volcanics.

Under the terms of the agreements, Golden Peaks paid the Company US$5,000 for each project on signing and is required to spend a minimum of US$2,850,000 within a 6 year period on each project and complete a bankable feasibility study to earn an undivided 70% interest in the property. If Golden Peaks elects to terminate its interest without vesting, but has expended US$2,850,000, it shall be entitled to a 3% NSR capped at twice its expenditure. Golden Peaks is the operator and it may request RenGold to conduct exploration programs on its behalf under a work agreement funded by Golden Peaks.

The province of Chubut will likely introduce a key change to its mining law by the end of this year, Pan American Silver CEO Geoff Burns said on Thursday in Vancouver.
The change would enable the company to go ahead with its Navidad project in Chubut although as the provincial law stands at the moment it bans all openpit mining, as well as the use of cyanide in operations.
The company said earlier this year it hoped to see progress on legislative changes by mid-2010 that would allow the openpit mine to move ahead.
But Burns said on a conference call on Thursday, that he had met with the governor of Chubut in late June, and was pleased with the discussions that took place.
The details of the talks were confidential, ‘but I will say that I know the government is completely aware of our progress and schedules for the development of Navidad,‘ Burns said.
‘And I remain absolutely confident that the needed amendment to the current mining law that will allow us to proceed will be introduced before the end of this year.‘
The province of Chubut, especially the residents of the village of Esquel, have been outspoken opponents of mining in the province, to such a point that back in 2003 they halted the development of a gold mine owned then by Meridian Gold, which was to be developed not too far from the village.
This time round Panamerican may be luckier as the Navidad mine is located on the arid Patagonian plateau and is far away from the andean region where Esquel is located and which is becoming a growing tourist attraction.
Satellite maps of the Navidad area show no built up area for miles around it.

The Reliance portfolio comprises three exploration projects on Sulawesi Island, with a JORC inferred resource, defined targets and the potential for near-term resource development and production; and two areas on the island of Halmahera, 70km north of Newcrest Mining's high-grade, profitable Gosowong gold mine. Reliance holds a majority (75-90%) interest in these five gold tenements, covering 30,000 hectares. All five projects are within close proximity to operating gold mines or defined resources with similar geological settings. Importantly, all projects have been converted to IUP tenements as required under the new Indonesian Mining Act (2009).
Reliance has chosen to focus on gold in Indonesia given the in-country experience and history of achievement of the directors and key technical personnel. Also, Reliance's projects have significant exploration potential and are located in a region that hosts some of the world's largest gold mining projects. Reliance has an established presence in Indonesia, with strong regional government and community ties.
